Lightweight sandwich panel consists of three layers: the top material is special aluminum-zinc coated metal board(0.3mm) ,the core material is hard Polyurethane foaming (15.5mm),the back material is glass fibre paper.

Lightweight sandwich panel could be used on any structural buildings such as : brick-concrete structure , frame structure , steel structure, wood structure, light-weight houses and energy-saving reconstruction for the old buildings.

Dimensions : Thickness: 16mm ; width:380mm . length:3000-6000mm (standard length 3800mm).

Moreover, the panels are light in weight compared to many other exterior wall choices, which results in lower foundations, lighter framing, and subsequently, lower initial construction costs.
